I. Paul Singh, MD
Dr I. Paul Singh is President of The Eye Centers of Racine & Kenosha, Wisconsin, USA, a multi-generational practice founded by his father. A fellowship-trained glaucoma specialist, he completed his fellowship at Duke University following residency at Cook County Hospital in Chicago.
Dr Singh directs an active clinical research facility and is involved in both industry-sponsored and independent studies in glaucoma, cataract surgery, ocular surface disease, and retina. He is recognised for early adoption of minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS) technologies and has contributed to the advancement of innovative surgical techniques within his region. He has published widely, lectures internationally, and has been named one of America’s Best Eye Doctors by Newsweek for consecutive years.
Outside of medicine, he maintains a longstanding interest in music and cultural outreach.
