Sunshine Coast Airport offers direct multiple daily flights from Sydney and Melbourne with connecting services from all major Australian capital cities. Seasonal Auckland-Sunshine Coast (AKL-MCY) direct flights were successfully introduced from 2012, with Air New Zealand flying non-stop to Sunshine Coast Airport from June to January this year. Noosa is a convenient 30 minute drive north of Sunshine Coast Airport which provides a range of ground transport options including rental cars, taxis, bus transfers, public buses and hotel shuttles.

Brisbane Airport is Queensland’s domestic and international gateway, with over 200 flights departing and arriving daily. There are a number of bus services to and from Brisbane Airport.
